When cleaning the bearing disassembly inspection, first use photography and other methods to make a good appearance record. In addition, the amount of remaining lubricant should be measured, the lubricant should be sampled, and the bearing should be cleaned.

1. Strictly implement the regular replacement of customized ball bowl bearing products, and replace them according to the specifications of bearing operation;

2. New bearings must be checked before use. The inspection contents include: the integrity of the packaging (with manual and certificate of conformity); whether the label (factory name, model) is clear; whether the appearance (rust, damage) is good;

3. After the new bearing is inspected and qualified, it can be cleaned without cleaning under normal working conditions (motor above level 2), and the new bearing cannot be cleaned. 4. Be sure to clean the bearing cover and bearing before replacing the bearing. Cleaning is divided into rough cleaning and fine cleaning. Rough cleaning is clean diesel or gasoline, and clean is clean.

5. 6. After the bearing is cleaned, it should be flexible when turning it by hand. The radial and axial swings of the hand can be analyzed to determine whether it is loose or the gap is too large. Check the clearance if necessary. Any ball or roller that is severely damaged, rusted, or has metal detached must be replaced.
