2. Causes of high temperature linear bearings

(1). The temperature of customized motorcycle head bowl bearings may be too high due to the destruction of the cooling water of the linear bearings.

(2). There is a possibility that the linear bearing oil quality is deteriorating, the lubricating oil itself is not clean, and the oil is deteriorating during operation. If the water content in the oil increases, the acidity of the oil will increase, which will cause the lubricating effect of the lubricating oil to decrease, resulting in corrosion of the bearing shell, which will cause the temperature of the linear bearing to rise.

3. Treatment of linear bearings under high temperature conditions

If the temperature of the linear bearing rises, the customized bicycle head bowl bearings must first determine whether there is a problem. If the temperature really rises, it should be handled immediately:

(1). Check the pressure, flow rate and operation of the cooling water system. If the water pressure is low, it may be that the filter is clogged and cannot be handled in time. It should be turned off first and then continued to be used after confirming that it can still work normally.

(2). Check the oil pressure of the speed regulator. If the oil pressure is too low, the cooling water pressure valve will be closed.
