What are the rust prevention methods for bowl group bearings?

For many products, no matter what material they are made of, as long as they are metal products, it is only a matter of time before rust occurs. Therefore, many manufacturers will focus on rust prevention. This issue will simply share some related methods for cleaning rust, so as to minimize the cost in this regard.

1. Surface cleaning method:

1. Surface cleaning: The cleaning method should be selected according to the characteristics and conditions of the surface of the rust-proof material at that time. The most common methods for custom-made mountain bike headset bearings are solvent cleaning methods. .Chemical and physical cleaning methods and mechanical cleaning methods.

After the surface is dried and cleaned, it can be dried with filtered dry compressed air, or dried in a 120~170℃ dryer, or wiped dry with clean gauze.

2. Methods of applying anti-rust oil:

1. Immersion method: some small objects are immersed in anti-rust oil to make a layer of anti-rust oil adhere to the surface. According to the control of the temperature or viscosity of the anti-rust oil, the thickness of the oil film can be achieved.

2. The spraying method is used for outdoor construction equipment or products with unique shapes that are not suitable for immersion or spraying. When spraying, not only should attention be paid to not accumulating, but also to prevent leaking.

In the spraying method, some large anti-rust objects cannot be oiled by immersion. Generally, compressed air with a pressure of 0.7Mpa is used in the gas cleaning area for spraying. The spraying method is suitable for solvent-diluted anti-rust oil or chromatography anti-rust oil, but perfect fire prevention and labor protection measures must be adopted.

The torque requirements for customized road bike headset bearings are determined by the quality of lubricants, cages, miniature bearing rings, and whether seals or maintenance equipment are used. The viscosity of the lubricant must be carefully selected, as an inappropriate lubricant can produce excessive torque, especially in small miniature bearings. In addition, different lubricants have different noise characteristics.

During the rotation of the miniature bearing, if there is a random eccentric spacing between the inner and outer rings, non-repetitive vibrations will occur, which is very similar to cams. Dimensional errors of the cage and eccentricity of the miniature bearing rings and balls will cause NRR. Unlike oscillation, NRR cannot be compensated.

In industry, miniature bearings of different types and precision grades are generally selected according to the actual application. Similarly, the spindle of a lathe can only allow minimal oscillation to ensure cutting accuracy. Therefore, miniature bearings with low non-repetitive oscillation are used in machine tool applications.

The price of the bowl set bearing manufacturer is very expensive, so once the bearing is contaminated, the lubricant will deteriorate and the operating noise will increase. If the miniature bearing overheats, it will seize. When contaminants are located between the balls and the miniature bearing races, they function like abrasive particles between metal surfaces and can damage miniature bearings. One way to control contamination is to select seals and protective equipment to block contamination.
