In order to achieve the purpose of moisture-proof, moisture-proof, anti-fouling, anti-impact, maintain bearing quality and precision, save time, labor and sales, the bearings are cleaned and rust-proofed after manufacturing and inspection, and then placed in the inner packaging.

According to the anti-rust period, the inner packaging of the bearing is divided into three categories:

① Short-term anti-rust packaging: The anti-rust period is 3~6 months, and the customized products of mountain bike headset bearings are suitable for bearings put into use in a short period of time and shipped in large quantities to the same subscriber. With the consent of both parties, simple packaging is adopted, with saving time and labor as the principle.

② Ordinary anti-rust packaging: The anti-rust period is one year, suitable for ordinary bearings.

③ Long-term anti-rust packaging: The anti-rust period is 2 years, suitable for special and precision bearings.

The price of bowl set bearing manufacturers is relatively expensive, so the relevant bearing packaging materials include polyethylene plastic tubes (boxes), kraft paper, plain and wrinkled, cartons, polyethylene or polyethylene plastic film, nylon fastening belts or plastic fastening belts, moisture-proof and high-wear-resistant plastic belts, burlap bags, etc. All of the above materials should pass the corrosion resistance test.

Principle requirements for bearing inner packaging methods:

① Small bearings: place a plastic tube for every 10~15 sets of bearings, and place a carton (or bag, roll) for every 5~10 plastic tubes.

② Small and medium-sized bearings: multiple sets of bearings are wrapped with polyethylene film, and wrapped with kraft paper or polyethylene composite paper; multiple sets of bearings are placed in plastic tubes (boxes); single sets of bearings are packed in polyethylene film bags, folded or sealed, and then put into cartons.

③ Large bearings:

Front fork bowl bearing manufacturers use polyethylene film or polyethylene composite paper to pack in a single set, and then put it in a carton; use polyethylene film bags, fold the bag mouth with a single set, and then put it in a carton; put a single set in a special plastic box; single set three-layer packaging: the inner layer is polyethylene film tape or composite paper tape, the middle layer is fastening tape, and the surface is moisture-proof plastic tape.

④ Extra large bearings:

Single set three-layer wrapping packaging (same as above); single multi-four-layer wrapping packaging: after the above three-layer wrapping packaging, the Z surface is wrapped with another layer of linen tape.

For separable tapered roller bearings with an outer diameter of ≥150mm, polyethylene film should be separately packed before the inner and outer parts before packaging, or the inner and outer parts. For interchangeable cylindrical roller bearings ≥150mm, since the complete set packaging is easy to bump, the inner and outer parts can generally be separated and packed separately.
