When choosing the type of rotating bowl bearing, you should pay attention to the bearing working load (specifications, characteristics, direction), speed and other application requirements. When the non-standard thin-walled bearing manufacturer is manufacturing, when the coaxiality between the axis and the bearing hole is poor, or the shaft stiffness is small, the flexural deformation is large, which will cause the inner and outer axes of the bearing to tilt, the self-aligning bearing should be selected. For areas where disassembly or assembly and disassembly are often difficult, bearings with separable inner and outer sides or bearings with inner tapered holes are often selected.
1. Ball bearings should be selected when the speed is high, the load is small, and high rotation accuracy is required; roller bearings should be selected when the speed is low, the load is large or there is an impact load.
2. When the bearing is subjected to radial and radial cooperative loads at the same time, angular contact ball bearings or tapered roller bearings are generally selected; if the radial load is large and the radial load is small, groove ball bearings can be selected; but when the radial load is large and the radial load is small, precision thin-walled bearing manufacturers can use thrust angular contact ball bearings, four-point contact ball bearings, or a combination of thrust ball bearings and groove ball bearings.
3. The inclination angle between the inner and outer sides of various bearing applications should be kept within the allowable angular inclination value, otherwise the additional load of the bearing will increase and the life will be reduced.
4. For shaft systems with greater rigidity requirements, double-row ball bearings, roller bearings or four-point contact ball bearings should be selected. When the load is extremely large or there is a large impact force, double-row or multi-row roller bearings can be selected on the same fulcrum. The high rigidity of the bearing system can improve the rotation accuracy of the shaft and reduce vibration noise.
5. In order to facilitate installation and disassembly and improve clearance, separable bearings with separable inner and outer sides (such as tapered roller bearings and four-point contact ball bearings) are often used.
6. Military thin-walled bearing manufacturers should pay attention to economy when selecting bearings. Ball bearings are cheaper than roller bearings.
