1. Regulations on accessories for precision bearings
Because the precision of precision bearings themselves is 1μm, stainless steel bearing manufacturers require accessories (shafts, bearing seats, end covers, retaining rings, etc.) to have very high specification accuracy and shape accuracy, especially the matching surface accuracy should be maintained at the same level as the bearings. 2. Precision bearing fit
To ensure that the bearing does not deform excessively after installation, the following must be achieved:
(1) The roundness of the shaft and the seat hole and the verticality of the shoulder should be determined according to the corresponding accuracy of the bearing.
(2) Not only should the interference fit of the rotating ring be accurately calculated, but also the appropriate fit of the fixed ring should be calculated.
To the extent possible, the excess combustion of the rotating ring should also be smaller. As long as the ceramic bearing manufacturer effectively ensures the influence of thermal expansion at working temperature and cohesion at high speed, there will be no creep or flipping with close fit to the surface. The fixed ring is selected according to the workload size and bearing specifications. The small clearance or excess fit is selected. Too loose or too tight is not conducive to maintaining the original shape.
(3) If the bearing operates at high speed and the operating temperature is high, special attention should be paid to the fit of the rotating ring, which should not be too loose to avoid eccentric vibration, and the fit of the fixed ring should not have a gap to prevent the ring from deforming under load and causing vibration.
(4) The condition for the fixed ring of the non-standard full ball bearing manufacturer to use a small interference fit is that the shape accuracy of the matching surfaces is high and the roughness is small, otherwise it will be difficult to install and disassemble. In addition, attention should also be paid to the influence of the thermal expansion of the spindle.
(5) The spindles of double-connected angular contact ball bearings are mostly lightly loaded. If the interference fit is slightly larger, the axial preload will be significantly larger, causing adverse effects. The spindles of double-row short cylindrical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings have relatively large loads, so their interference fit is also relatively large.
