First, use a rubber hammer to knock the bearing cup into the head tube. Here I take out the bearing inside and knock it in separately. In fact, it is better to knock it together with the bearing, so that it is not easy to cause the frame head tube to deform and cause the bearing to not fit in. Of course, it would be better if there is a professional installation tool for the headset.

Before installing the front fork, the products wholesaled by the head cup bearing manufacturer should first put the bearing into the bowl, and install the bottom baffle to the bottom of the upper tube of the front fork according to the diagram, and then install it into the frame head tube.

After the front fork is installed in the head tube, first pay attention to the bearing in the upper bowl to be installed, then add the inner washer, then cover the headset cover and put in the required front fork gasket. The number and specifications of the front fork gasket are added according to personal specific conditions.

After the gasket is installed, start cutting the tube. The cutting height is higher than the gasket, and the higher part is two-thirds or three-quarters of the structural length of the stem. After cutting the tube, hammer the hanging core into the structure of the upper tube of the front fork with a screwdriver or something like that. Pay attention to the position and make sure that the petals of the sunflowers are tilted upwards.

After installing the hanging core of the customized card-type head bowl bearing product, install the stem, but do not tighten it. Then install the top cover and the hanging core screws, but do not tighten them. This is to prepare for the next step of installing the vehicle. At this point, the bowl group and the front fork are installed.
